QCTO Occupational Qualification, Form 3, Implementation Plan Framework for Public Service Administrator – 118766
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as a Public Service Administrator at unit level in the Public Service by introducing the ethos of the Public Service and the processes to administer unit operations, people, finance and asset records.
Occupational Tasks
- Administering workplace outcomes of a unit
- Administering human resources, finances and supply chain records in a unit
