Part Qualification of Construction Plant Operator.

The purpose of this part-qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as a Paving Screed Operator. A Paving Screed Operator operate equipment to spread material onto the surface for road construction. A qualified learner will be able to operate the equipment safely and efficiently.
