Part Qualification of Construction Plant Operator.

The purpose of this part-qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as a Bitumen Spray Equipment Operator. A Bitumen Spray Equipment Operator drives the equipment to support the laying of bitumen mix to cover and seal road surface. A qualified learner will be able to operate the equipment safely and efficiently.
