The purpose of the skills programme is to prepare a leaner to function as Advanced End-User Computing.

Advanced End User Computing handles complex computing tasks such as word documents, spreadsheet, and presentation.

A qualified learner should be able to:

• Create and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
• Apply various software tools to automate tasks, manage and analyse data and collaborate with others.
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Solve complex end user computing problems, communicate ideas, and manage projects.
